Brier just wants to live his life and be with Jackie. The injury sustained when he was a baby has caused Brier to struggle with everyday life situations and independency. Jackie a bodyguard trained to be lethal is gentle, loving and supportive to Brier and deeply in love. In constant battle to have their relationship accepted, Jackie is sent to protect a prince and is injured. Brier only wants to take care of Jackie like Jackie has taken care of him. Will his injury prevent him from being the man he wants to be for Jackie or will Brier overcome all obstacles and not only be the man he can be, but rescue another who wronged him in the past? A whole new world created by the amazing Carol Lynne based on characters from the Men in Love Series. Well written and beautifully transitioned. Can't wait for book 2 of Bodyguards in Love.

I always enjoy a good versus evil conflict in a story, and Brier's Bargain serves up a pretty good one...Ms. Lynne does an excellent job of conveying this in the story.
