The characters were fun, flirty and you really liked everybody, and a really quick read so if you get a chance, check it out.Review by The Jeep Diva
While the historic elements of this story went far left – the heat generated by the menage of Jack, Emily and Henry more than intrigued even as they had some moments still grounded in the time period. Henry and Jack have their own brokeback mountain scenes, although both are comfortable and confident in their sexuality, and Emily is fully aware of, if uninitiated, in their own particular brand of love.
Hot and steamy with interactions that all felt natural and plausible, one wouldn’t expect a menage in the ‘respectable’ society of ranching Colorado, but Cheryl Dragon made it feel possible and real for the setting. Her writing is crisp and clear, with insets of normal day-to-day snippets of life that add to the reality of the story and allows readers to get to know the characters better.

Runaway Cowgirl is a fun and sexy Old West romance set in the late 1800's, and if you enjoy both MMF ménage action as well as historical romance, you'll love this book. The first encounter between the three of them was outrageously decadent, even though they never had sex. I appreciated it so much more that the three of them kept their wits about each other while in the middle of mindless passion. Emily is completely forward and has no shame in asking the men for what she wants, which I loved.Review by Jeep Diva
