This book had a lot going for it. It starts out very erotic, yet has an intriguing story with a bang of a twist. The sex is super-hot. You will need a fire extinguisher or two…There is a mysterious undercurrent from the start that keeps you wanting more. I also love the charming English accent that filters through.

This new series started off with a great first book. Mickey, a single unemployed gay man has the lucky chance to meet his favourite and most treasured secret porn star Colin. First book in a new series and it's off to a scorching hot start. I read it in one sitting, where I squirmed the entire time. *fans self* To say that I'm impatient for the next book in the series, is a gross understatement. I want that book and I want it now. In this book the author delves into the paranormal and boy howdy — he held nothing back. He gave us things that go bump in the night, the sexy and adorable... and set them all smack dab in the middle of a porn studio. Mikey takes on work as an extra hand on the set and finds himself captivated by Colin, but Colin is elusive and mysterious which only compels Mikey to find out more. What happens next is a fantastic read with plenty of naughty to keep the juices flowing. *grin* I highly recommend this book. A Nightmare Come True is the first in a new series by Sage Marlowe. While there is a lot of hot sex to be had by Mikey and Colin, there is also something deeper just below the surface. And that’s what I really liked about the whole story. So as not to give anything away, all I’ll say is that you’ll start to figure things out as the story progresses, but you won’t know for sure until the very end.
Ms. Marlowe has done a marvelous job setting up this series. I can’t wait to read more because A Nightmare Come True was just the appetizer.
