I liked the characters a good deal...I recommend this as it's an interesting read about a culture and lifestyle that is quite alien to many of us, and a part of Hawaiian life that Hollywood isn't going to portray any time soon.

This second book in the amazing Pearl Harbor series left my just as emotionally drained but totally fascinated at the same time as Vagabond Heart...I totally adored it and cannot wait for the next volume!
