This is one of THE best stories I've EVER read. I love every character as if I had truly known them in real life. Avylinn is one of my favorite authors and I hope she continues to release more of her magical writing to the public so they can see the talent I see in her.

I was given a free copy to read in exchange for an honest review. I have read "Volatile" more times than I can count last year. It was my "go-too" book. The read on a rainy day, when I was feeling down, happy or just traveling. It is a story I am very familiar with. I have been grateful and blessed to read this novel in all it's stages and will really recommend it to anyone who needs something new to read. I could go on forever about my love for this book. It was the lgbt+, young adult, romance novel I was looking for. It saw me through a lot and thankfulness is all I feel for it. Every character was real, with flaws and a reader could really invest in them. The side-characters actually added to the overall experience. The music was explained so well I thought I could hear it playing as I read. Rating: 9/10 and the title of my favorite novel 2016.

Reading this book has been a great experience. The characters were beautifully drawn and the emotions were piled up quite high. The read is very different than any YA M/M romances out there. Dante’s character was unique and very difficult to understand but I did not have any problem connecting with him. Chris completed the picture perfectly. Their romance was not conventional or straight forward but it was sweet and emotional nonetheless.

Absolutely love it! It's one of the best stories I've read and it was one of the few books that got me so into contemporary gay and now I'll forever be stucked in the genre. Highly recommend this, but warning- this book evokes a lot of emotion in you so be prepared!

Overall this was an enticing and romantic debut novel... This is the beginning of a new series for this author and I will be following along. For a softly written love story filled with many emotions of first love set to the strings of a violin, check out Volatile.

This was a very well written book, and I enjoyed the story...The two men are complete opposites in most ways, but in one way…communication, they are very alike...I liked this book a lot, and will be interested to see what comes next in this series. I recommend you give it a try.
