Totally Entwined Group are pleased to announce that we are becoming part of the Bonnier Publishing family.
BONNIER PUBLISHING ACQUIRES TOTALLY ENTWINED GROUP
- Publisher purchased in major deal for fiction division -
London, 26 June 2015 – One of the UK’s top publishers, Bonnier Publishing, has today announced the acquisition of commercial fiction publishing house Totally Entwined Group for an undisclosed fee.
Totally Entwined Group will join Bonnier Publishing’s rapidly expanding fiction division, alongside imprints such as Zaffre and Twenty7, bolstering its adult fiction offering. The deal follows the company’s October 2014 purchase of IglooBooks, which established Bonnier Publishing as a top five children’s publisher in the UK.
Bonnier Publishing Fiction will acquire the whole of Totally Entwined Group, including its flagship erotic romance publishing house Totally Bound Publishing, Pride Publishing (GLBTQI fiction), Finch Books (YA literature), Evidence Press (crime/ thriller) and Celebritease (celebrity authors).
Taking place with immediate effect, the acquisition will not result in any redundancies. All 12 members of staff, including CEO Claire Siemaszkiewicz and director Marek Siemaszkiewicz, will retain their positions and continue to be based in their Lincolnshire offices.
